Bandai’s new 1/72 scale Y-Wing model
mc888 is a thing of beauty. The detail on it is incredible, but I’m digging the accessories especially. The

laser blasts are cool, the Death Star surface

tile is a neat touch, and I love how it includes multiple pilot designs, depending on whether you want to rock a New Hope or Return of
riches888pg the Jedi look.(new Image()).src = 'https://capi.connatix.com/tr/si?token=995c4c7d-194f-4077-b0a0-7ad466eb737c&cid=872d12ce-453b-4870-845f-955919887e1b'; cnx.cmd.push(function() { cnx({ playerId: "995c4c7d-194f-4077-b0a0-7ad466eb737c" }).render("79703296e5134c75a2db6e1b64762017"); }); If you’re freaking out that it’s a “model kit”, it’s not a

glue + decals kind of model. This one comes pre-painted, and will require minimal assembly (no glue needed). Best part? Because this is a model, and not a Hot Toys figure, it only costs around $30.
UPDATE – Folks who have bought some of Bandai’s other recent Star Wars model kits tell me
jinda44 that despite the model claiming to be “pre-painted”, it won’t look like these photos; instead, only the main markings and colour changes will be done, with the rest needing to be painted by the owner, meaning it’ll look more like this: Bummer. (pics via Toyark)
